Job Description

  • Run digital marketing campaigns that support global sales teams across the buyer s journey.
  • Develop creative campaigns that generate new executive-level contacts and then converting them into sales-qualified leads via ongoing nurture campaigns
  • Involved in campaign strategy and tactics, content and creative development, end to end campaign delivery, digital/UX best practices, measurement, and analytics to ensure ROI.
  • Should be able to conceptualize execute all social media campaigns across ACI s social channels
  • Lead Generation, Remarketing, Keyword optimization, Quantitative and qualitative market research
  • Lead all aspects of channel and account-based marketing, create omnichannel content, and oversee alliances, analyst, and advisor marketing.
  • Liaison with internal team members (business + design + development) teams to ensure all social activities reach its logical end
  • Monitoring Reporting social media activities Strategize content based on channel characteristic
  • Ideate effective brand communication
  • Creating compelling CxO level content for ACIs Leadership in response to general and specific needs, as requested of the business unit
  • Manage multiple Marketing Automation implementations as well as provide strategic direction for marketing campaign tactics powered by Marketing Automation technology.
  • Partners with global/regional Sales Service Line teams on campaign assets and collateral creation, both content-related and supporting documents (e.g., budget, target accounts, KPIs, timeline, etc.) Ability to conduct training, planning and recommend best practices to optimally leverage sales activities
  • This role will work with and be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional and cross-level teams both internally, as well as with key business partners and clients.
  • Creation of bi-weekly interactive reports and presentations to senior leadership
