Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Create engaging content into more effective storytelling, and educational content for ACI Infotech website, including web pages, landing pages, case studies, white papers, executive articles, videos, blogs, customer success stories, news stories, etc.

Ensure all sales and marketing collaterals are strictly aligned and should be in American language and tone for C-suite business leaders across the major industries.

Intimately understand the cultural and digital customer journey (research stage to speaking to our sales team) of the US market – exclusively write unique, relevant, educational, and insightful content for our customer personas (CEO, CIO, CTO, CFO, CMO, VP/SVP/Director IT, Digital Products Head) for various verticals.

Support the digital marketing & sales team with the creation of compelling messaging and digital positioning content for all IT services and solutions; email marketing campaigns, client presentations, sales & marketing collaterals.

Provide content support for search engine optimization, social media marketing, mobile marketing, video marketing campaign, exhibition banners, and press releases to help the organization achieve marketing objectives and business goals.

Work very closely with Digital Marketing Manager to ideate, conceptualize and execute b2b lead generation content marketing campaigns – leveraging inbound marketing methodology to ensure consistency in content creation and publishing to attract, convert, & close our buyer persona.

Contribute to the internal communication programs crafting greetings and congratulatory messages on special occasions, creating employee success stories around corporate culture, growth, strategic business goals.

Take ownership of all content marketing efforts from content ideation, creation to content calendar. Collaborate with the marketing, creative, solution architects and sales teams to get valuable insights on our buyer persona pain points and business challenges to address through story telling content.

Scheduling the overall task for on-time content delivery and be on your toes towards IT services, products, solutions and latest technologies.

Skills and Experience:
Prior experience in writing content for IT and Technology companies for the USA market is mandatory.

Excellent grammar, writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, precise and engaging copy for digital and traditional channels.

Creative thinker with the ability to transform technical information and processes into compelling stories.

Thorough understanding of digital marketing concepts, b2b content marketing, digital customer journey, and acquaintance with good practice in producing unique content.
